Science:

We are learning about our changing bodies during health class. Students have a tic tac toe board with some fun questions that they are to ask you--if they are comfortable:) 

Social Studies:

 

Students will have their Southwest vocabulary, states, capitals, and abbreviations test next week. They have their test dates written in their planners. They also have new flashcards on their iPads to study the vocab, capitals, and abbreviations.

This week we will begin brainstorming topics for our opinion writing project.  Students will choose a topic that they are interested in, know a lot about, and have an opinion on.

Please continue to study multiplication facts!!

Ways to continue to study facts:

 

1. Students can use the iPad app they have on their iPads.

2. IXL level E has all of the facts to practice.

3. Flashcards

Mrs. Stephan's class will learn how to add and subtract mixed number.

  • The classrooms with the most Box Tops will win a SLUSHY PARTY!

  • Be sure to Clip on the Line, Check Expiration Dates, and turn them in glued to the Box Top Sheet or in baggies of 50.

Upcoming Dates

  • June 7 (Rain date is the 10th)   Fourth grade picnic at Burch Park. . We will begin walking over at 11:00. Wear Tie-dye shirts

  • June 7th Squad day (middle school) for next year-2:00

  • Monday, June 10th PTO pizza party at 11:00 for those who received an invitation.

  • June 11 Fun Day   11:30-2:45 Wear Tie-dye shirts

Parent volunteers needed-email your child's teacher if you can help.
